Periosteal needling

Theory Based recommendation

This technique is particularly used in tendinopathy at the site where the tendon is attached to the bone.

e.g. plantar fasciitis or the tennis elbow.

Another mention in the literature shows the effectiveness of this technique in Medial Tibial stress syndrome.
